Ohmygosh! Delicious!
I made it with cream and LOVED the results! Served it over rice and with steamed vegetables. Will make again and again and again!

i used this as a base for my dinner. i doubled the sauce and addede way more mushrooms than directed. sliced the pork and put it over egg noodles. was tasty was definitely could have used more of a pop in flavor. i didnt have cognac so i used a splash of dry marsala so maybe that was what was lacking but it was tasty. just not overwhelming.

This recipe is super easy to make but unfortunately, the only thing either me or my partner could taste was the mustard which ultimately led to it being very disappointing. However maybe in the future, we could cut that amount in half. If you like that flavor tho, this is for you.

Creme Fraiche is a little hard to come by in these parts so I used regular fat sour cream instead. And I have to say the flavor combinations in this dish are incredible! I custom cut my own pork loin chops from a full loin and these were a bit thick so I cut them butterfly style to match the “thin” chops in the recipe. Turned out perfect. Pork was juicy and tender and the sauce was creamy and flavorful. This recipe is on the dinner club list for sure!

This was lovely. You do need to get your ingredients sorted before you start though because it’s a quick make. I added a whole punnet of mushrooms and served with sweet potato mash and green beans. Will definitely make this again. Thought I might try it with blue cheese another time.

This recipe is amazing I had to make my own creme fraiche, I think it made it better. I also cooked my pork all the way through and opted to make the sauce separate and it still tasted awesome
