It was good but it was missing something for me, I added chopped garlic, Thai chilies, ginger paste and a bit more sugar then it was absolutely delicious! Definitely a great base recipe that you can add your own “flair” to.

turned out good would use just a bit less fish sauce but other than that it was easy and delicious

Next time I will leave out the fish sauce. It was overpowering and smelly. Otherwise, I really enjoyed the flavors.
