- 24 oz. canned salmon (drained, boneless, We used four of the Chicken of the Sea 5 oz cans, but you can use any canned salmon or Wild Alaskan canned salmon.)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. oil (for cooking, we used avocado oil)
