I added an extra pound of pork, skipped the water and replaced with more broth used fresh and roasted green chilies. Turned out amazing!!

Great, but I added an extra Serrano pepper and a little extra hot green chilies to add some extra heat

Excellent, good consistency, used two Poblanos, two Serranos, six Anaheims, and five jalapeños, all of which I roasted and gutted first. Swapped in half whole wheat flour with half all purpose. Best green chili I’ve ever made.
