- 1/4 cup carrots (finely diced, optional, see notes)
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 1/4 cup liquid aminos (or Coconut Aminos or Tamari)
- 1 tsp. ginger (grated)
- 1 clove garlic (grated)
- 2 scallions (sliced, green and white parts divided)
- 1 Tbsp. grass-fed butter
- 2 Tbsp. flavored oil (mild, I used light olive oil)
- 1 tsp. toasted sesame oil
