Really good! I marinated my chops in apple cider with smashed garlic, sliced scallion, and fresh thyme sprigs for 6 hours and it gave the meat a small sweetness that paired well with the glaze. I put fresh thyme and sliced apples in with the chops in the oven. I also used hot honey instead of regular and it was delicious!
