I found out I'm not a fan of balsamic vinegar for the second time. The pork chops were very tender and it was an easy recipe. My Grandpa did like it but myself and the rest of my family didn't.

Delicious. I doubled the sauce to put on steamed veggies for the side dish

The gaze added a nice flavor to the meat. Pork is so easy to overcook - the sauce wouldn't be enough to counteract the dryness if that were to happen. Husband liked it, kids didn't.

This turned out so good. The glaze is amazing. It was the perfect bit of sweet with the pork.

Awesome! If you get thick cut chops, sear them first and put in the oven at 375 or so for a few minutes before glazing.
