Great eqsy recipe I follow it pretty close for pork chops except we like more sauce. I also use this recipe for salmon and add dill and lemon.

This turned out amazing! The pork Chops were super moist and the sauce was great. I followed recipe exactly and did not find it too mustardy, but I love mustard!

Pork chops were so yummy! Delicious. Love the dijon mustard, the other reviewer was right. I used 1 Tablespoon instead 2. Too mustardy for me otherwise. My chops were thick, so I did marinate them beforehand and of course let them cook a little longer.

Fantastic recipe! Easy to make, and so delicious. Paired with speatzle, it makes a great German dinner
