- 1/2 tsp. granulated garlic
- 1/4 tsp. smoked paprika (bittersweet, or more if you want spicy chops)
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 3 bone-in pork chops (preferably less than 1 inch thick, about 1.5 pounds*)
- 1 Tbsp. ghee (or avocado oil)
- 1/2 cup frozen cranberries (or fresh, no need to defrost)
- 1 apple (large, cored and coarsely chopped, I used an Opal apple)
- 1 tsp. grated orange zest (freshly)
- 1/2 Orange (about ¼ cup)
- 1 pinch sea salt (or to taste)
