- 4 pork chops (1 inch thick, I used boneless-whichever is fine)
- 4 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 cup water
- 4 cups bone broth (I used my instant Pot turkey bone broth)
- 1 1/2 lb. noodles (Refrigerated 5 cheese tortelloni, I prefer Kirkland Signature Five Cheese with Parmigiano Reggiano Tortelloni)
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil (avocado is my favorite heart healthy oil)
- 1 cup white wine (optional but helps make a nice gravy)
