Have made this twice and both times it was outstanding. The first time made as the recipe was written, the herbs were a bit strong for me. The 2nd cook, I reduced Oregano and Thyme to 1 Teaspoon each. It was perfect and was fantastic.

This is a great dish. If you are a mushroom lover, definitely double the mushrooms. I would recommend using bone-in pork chops of your choice. It is easier to overcook boneless pork chops. Just a great amount of flavor of spices in combination with the mushrooms. Excellent dish.

The pork chops where dry, at least the sauce gave it taste but I was expecting more. Made rice with it .

Wife and i really enjoyed this meal. kids surprisingly liked aswell. I used double mushroom and half the thyme and wouldn't change a thing.
