I’ve made this several times! I’m not a huge fan of pork chops but these I will always eat! I used coconut milk instead of heavy cream. You have to refrigerate the can so it can separate, the only use the solid part. And I use more mushrooms, they r sooo good!

Very flavorful. I added cornstarch to thicken; cream sauce didn’t thicken without it.
