Good, quick & easy meal. I made this with 1/2 the soup needed, substituting beef broth for the remaining amount of soup. Used parboil rice. I also sautéed some celery, bell pepper, green onion & garlic in the skillet before browning the chops, adding the sautéed veggies to the rice & soup mixture.. Everyone enjoyed it, served with Roasted Brussels Sprouts.

The pork turned out great, but overall the 2 cans of French onion soup was overkill. Like most reviews have said, I'd substitute beef broth for one of the cans of soup.

I used the wild rice with one can of French Onion soup and one can of Beef Consommé. I also used boneless chops because that's what I had. Followed the directions and it turned out great. Pork chops were tender and rice was cooked spot on!! Definitely going in the "Favorites" folder. Looking forward to trying some of the other suggestions. Thanks!!
