- 28 oz. fire roasted tomatoes (or use equivalent fresh)
- 1 lb. Hatch peppers (roasted, chopped)
- 14 oz. tomato sauce
- 1 Tbsp. ancho powder
- 1 Tbsp. guajillo (powder)
- 1 Tbsp. chipotle powder
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 tsp. ground cumin (freshly)
- pepper (to taste)
