- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon (or nutmeg)
- 2 limes
- 2 oranges ({or 1/2 cup orange juice})
- 12 oz. light beer
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 15 oz. enchilada sauce (however I made my own from Peas and Crayons, here)
- 10 corn tortillas
- 1 cup white cheese (queso fresco)
- 1/2 cup cilantro
