Wow! This was great! I didn’t have grapefruit, so I used an orange. I also increased the garlic, added garlic powder, some dried onion and two cut up jalapeños for my family’s tastes. It was really flavorful, and crisped up nicely under the broiler, I used a 7 lb pork shoulder and increased the ingredients according. I also added about 1/2 cup of water. And mixed all the ingredients together before starting the Instant Pot. The leftovers will be fantastic saved in a vacuum sealed bag in the freezer. This recipe is a keeper!
