Loved this dish we had enough for 2 meals and froze some .
We made tacos the flavor was awesome ! Going to make it

Made this using the Pressure King Pro. I was a little unsure about length of cooking but assumed the ‘leave for an hour’ meant to actually set cook time for the hour regardless of the time it took to de-pressurise.
The result was the tastiest of suppers. Thank you!
