    awesome, authentic, almost gone!

    This was fantastic and full of flavor! Perfect with corn tortillas and avocado slices. I cooked it for 4 hours on high and it was tender and done. It does have a strong lime flavor so you definitely need to like that taste. I added cilantro into the crock pot while cooking. Did not use chipotle.
