I've made this a couple of times now, once for the guys at work, it was a big hit. Very moist meat however, I would go easy on the orange since the flavor is very strong. (personal preference). I also added mushrooms in the mix. I am making this for my SuperBowl party. Should be a big hit!! Thanks for the recipe.
