- 1 lb. ground pork (16 oz., 454 g. lean or regular)
- 1 cup scallions (chopped, 1 bunch)
- 3/4 cup chopped cilantro (finely, 1 bunch, you can substitute Italian parsley)
- 3 Tbsp. minced ginger (freshly)
- 1 lb. cabbage (chopped, about 1/2 head of cabbage,, 1/2 inch size pieces, chopped, you can use Napa, Savoy or just regular green cabbage)
- 1 Tbsp. kosher salt (*optional)
- 2 large eggs (lightly beaten)
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce (I use low sodium)
- 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 12 oz. wonton wraps (package of square or round, we use square because that’s what’s always at our grocery store, I suggest getting an extra package just in case We use Nasoya All Natural Wonton Wraps)
- 1 bowl water (or 1 whisked egg for sealing and folding the dumpling wraps)
