    The meat comes out so tender and juicy. I was very hesitant to use anchovies because...gross, BUT somehow, they do not make the recipe the least bit fishy. Incredibly flavorful and so easy to make.

    I’ve made it twice without the anchovies. It’s amazing and so easy. Perfect meal for me on keto and I can throw a baked potato in next to it for the BF who never met a carb he didn’t like. I will probably sauté some spinach and garlic for myself .
