    Yum! The skin was not crispy, but great flavour and melt in the mouth texture.

    Perfect flavor, but don't continue cooking the pork belly uncovered at 390 degrees after brushing on the honey. 10 minutes is all it needed.

    Excellent! Did not need whole cup of honey and would cut back on thyme next time . Really delicious!
