    Great recipe! Easy to make and the lemon, soy sauce, and water combo is really good! I was a little nervous about adding lemon and soy sauce together but now it’s one of my favorite new sauces!

    I made this using park tenderloin. The broth flavor is excellent. I added garlic. This should not be made with tenderloin, s the meat was tender but very dry.

    This i felt was over salty, others thought it was to sour from the lemon but not to bad. i hadn't added extra salt and did wash the pork before cooking. Also there was no where it said to keep the potato and onion warm while you finish off the pork and juice, please be aware you must keep these warm otherwise will be cold by the time you serve.
