This is one of the most delicious entrees I have ever cooked. Tempered mine after cooking by rolling it in foil & a towel. It was melt-in-your-mouth tender. Was disappointed I had cooked it for myself. Would have made a dynamite dish to serve company. Will definitely be my next entree for guests.
