Simple and tasty recipe. The batter made about 10 full popovers. I filled half with shredded cheese. The batter held up well to the add-in. Used butter to grease the pan of plain popovers and sprayed “Pam” on the cheese pan. the ones with the butter stuck and had to be coerced out- deflating them. Still tasty.
