These didn't pop up as much as other popovers I've made, but they also didn't deflate after finished baking.

Easier than others I have made. We will see. Well, the taste was good, but didn’t rise like traditional popovers. I’m thinking it does need to be beaten more. Maybe I’ll try again, or might just go back to other recipe I usually use.

Have been wanting to try making popovers for awhile. Finally did, and they were scrumptious. Everyone loved them especially my youngest son. He commented it taste like a yummy breakfast treat! Followed instructions including tips about preparing pan, and inserting knife to release steam. Reinserting knife lifted each popover out. perfectly! Will make again!

They came out puffy but they got stuck in the pan, I think I needed to butter and flour the tin more.
