- 12 oz. romaine lettuce (or 2 large heads romaine, cut into bite size pieces)
- 1 pomelo (segmented, see attached video and cut into bite size pieces, reserve the membrane from the segmented pomelo)
- 1 ripe avocado (cubed)
- 1 cup slivered almonds
- 1 cup dried sweetened cranberries
- 1 radish (small purple, thinly sliced into half moons)
- 1 green onion (large, thinly slices)
- 1 strip lime zest (from one lime)
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 large lime
- 2 Tbsp. granulated sugar (plus additional granulated sugar to taste)
- 2 tsp. canola oil
