- 4 Tbsp. peanuts (dry toasted or roasted, roughly chopped)
- 4 Tbsp. cilantro (/fresh coriander finely chopped)
- 1 red chili pepper (optional deseeded, finely chopped)
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. sweet chili sauce
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice (fresh is best)
