- Crisco Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
- 5 lb. pork shoulder (Boston roast)
- 3 Tbsp. hickory-flavored liquid smoke (flavor enhancer)
- salt
- pepper
- 18 oz. Smucker’s® Apricot Preserves
- 3/4 cup barbecue sauce (prepared)
- 16 kaiser rolls (sliced)

Directions
- HEAT oven to 350°F. Spray shallow roasting pan with no-stick cooking spray.
- COAT pork roast generously with hickory smoke flavor enhancer. Season with salt and pepper. Cover roast with foil. Slow roast 4 hours or until meat falls from bone. Remove meat from pan. Using two forks, shred pork.
- SKIM fat from pan juices. Combine up to 1/2 cup pan juices, preserves and barbecue sauce; add to shredded pork. Serve warm in Kaiser rolls.
