- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. coriander seed (crushed)
- 1/2 tsp. salt (or to taste)
- 13.5 oz. coconut milk (cans, ; may use less for a thicker stew)
- 1/4 cup cilantro (minced, or parsley for garnish, optional)
