- 1 beef steak tomato (large, quartered)

- 1 orange bell pepper (or red)
- 1 poblano
- 2 chile guero (caribe or yellow wax pepper)
- 2 tsp. chicken bouillon powder
- 1 cup broth (from cooking chicken)
- 6 limes
- 1/2 cup cilantro
