A bit bland.
I tried this as I'm living in Poland and wanted to try a local dish with local ingredients. My mother used to make an Americanized version with breakfast sausauge like jimmy deans. I always foundd her recipe bland and not to !y liking.
Unfortunately I find this recipe has the same problem. I even tried to spice it up with more garlic, salt, peper, onions... but it needs aomething else a stronger flavor. Maybe if I do it again I'll try some caraway or something.
