    I accidentally left my review for this at a different poha recipe, but its for this one: Wonderful. Very easy and quick to make. Added some pre-cooked potatoes after the spices cooked and then some frozen peas. Also added a couple curry leaves after mustard seeds popped. Delicious. Will definitely make again. Will be a very versatile recipe. Lends itself to customization.
