- 8 cherry tomatoes (dried)

Directions
- Wash the Pocha beans in a strainer to remove the liquid from the preserve. Drain.
- Hydrate the cherry tomatoes in a bowl with hot water. Drain and pat dry.
- Slice the garlic and saute in olive oil until tender. Add the Pocha beans and stir.
- Place the beans on a plate, add the cherry tomatoes around the beans. Add the cheese on top and serve immediately.
