Not my jam. It came out watery and very light. Next I will add more seasoning and use heavy whipping cream and triple the cheese.
It was NOT tasty but edible.

Very tasty. Very easy to make. The directions are terrific! I only had heavy cream and cheddar cheese on hand. I also used a soufflé dish to cook it in my IP. It was good! It was fluffy and light. I used Hatch green chilies in the quiche. Why a 4 instead of a 5? I wanted it to be heartier. But if light and fluffy is what you want, this would fit the bill!
