It was ok but not too exciting. I'm a big fan of chorizo, so it works for me anyway, but I prefer something with a bit more intense in flavors. Was curious about the sprinkle of avocado on top, was not vrry impressed, although have to admit mine was less rioe than I'd normally use. I think a little wine or port in the pot and some peppers, garlic or onion may enrich the palate
