- 3 oz. seaweed (chopped wakame)
- 1/2 cucumber (each diced)
- 1 bunch scallions (chopped)
- 1/2 diced red onion (finely)
- 5 macadamia nuts (crushed)
- 1 oz. dressing (ponzu)
- 1 serrano chili (thinly sliced, for garnish, optional)
- 8 cones (Wonton)

Directions
- In appropriate size bowl mix all ingredients together.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Scoop 1 ounce of mixture into cones. Garnish with serrano chili.
- Serve chilled.
