We had so many plums that I made 4 times the recipe. It took awhile to get thick but turned out great!

Very easy and yummy jam.
I Tripled the recipe so that I could can several jars and used a little less sugar. I also used my submergible mixer and puréed it a little bit just so it wasn’t as chunky.

Turned out delicious!! I used less sugar and used brown sugar. Tasted fantastic 😊

Great flavour. Took a longggggg time to cook down and still not stiff but it is jam mom would have liked.
