I've made it now 4 or 5 times. perfect every time. I sprinkle turbinado sugar on top. delish!

I tried it last weekend and it turned out oh-so-good. Plums slightly on the sour side, work even better, giving a balanced sweet and sour taste. Also a scoop of vanilla ice cream takes it a notch higher!
