  • 7 plums (ripe)
  • 2 tablespoons panch phoran
  • 1 tablespoon turmeric powder
  • 2 green chilies (*Adjust depending on how much heat you can handle)
  • 1 red chili (*Adjust depending on how much heat you can handle)
  • 3 tablespoons jaggery (grated, it’s not necessary to grate it b/c it will melt when you cook it, but this provided for an easier measurement than the solid jaggery since I don’t have a food scale yet)
  • 10 curry leaves (dried)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
