These are great to have on hand as a running-out-the-door energy snack.
I made these with rolled oats and steel cut oats. The ratio of rolled oats to pb & liquid was too dry to hold together after forming and refrigerating. The ratio was better with the steel cut oats, their texture even helping the rolled balls hold shape.
