- 2 Tbsp. italian seasoning
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. black pepper
- 1 onions (large, sliced)
- 1 cup pepper (green, yellow, orange or red, cored, chopped)
- 1 cup fresh mushrooms (sliced)
- 2 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups shredded cheese (more or less to taste)
- 3/4 cup french fried onions
