Good dough, easy to work with, but I would suggest cooking for a little less time. I set the timer for 27 mins as we like to load on the toppings, but it was overdone, almost burnt. I would try it again but cook for 17-20 mins.

Excellent!!!! The only advice I’d have is I baked for only about 17 minutes. My pizza pans are very dark metal as a single sheet. I checked and was perfect in far less time than stated in the recipe. Came out perfect golden brown on bottom and wife was very impressed.
