So I followed this recipe for my first crust and it was very bland and tasted like Chuck E. Cheese's pizza. The second time around I added an extra tsp of salt, a few sprigs of fresh thyme, tbs Italian seasoning, tbs garlic powder, and a tbs of onion powder. The flavor was way better. Cooking is way easier than baking so don't be afraid to experiment.

It turned out great, not to thin and not real thick. I like a thin crust that isn’t like eating a cracker but yet not eating half a loaf of bread. This crust was very good. When I mixed it up, I did add about 1 tbsp extra of oil, and I used Coconut cooking oil instead, and added 1/4 cup extra of warm water. I used Non-GMO flour as well and this crust turned out excellent, am really happy with it and will use it again in the future! Thank you

Classic pizza crust taste, would taste great with cornmeal on the bottom. Had to add more water.

I have tried many recipes all including yeast, and each one someone in our family of 4 did not fully approve. Now THIS recipe received a thumbs up from all of us! It is super easy and fast to make, so much so I made 2 batches with the help of our 10-year old, and with a 3-year old running around! I'm going to play around with flavored oils and possibly adding more flavor to the dough for my own personal preference. We made 4 personal size hand tossed (smushed/pulled) pizzas with one batch, and a large pizza with the second batch. The crust held hefty loaded adult toppings, and each slice held it's shape and could be held and ate just as pizza should be! When warming the pizzas with the toppings and cheese, I baked them for 5 minutes at the 425 then turned the oven on broil at 425 for another 5-10 minutes to bubble and crisp the tops. Delish!!
