- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- mozzarella cheese
- 3 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp. yeast (Quick Rise)
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/3 cups water (130f)
- 1/3 cup oil

Directions
- Preheat oven to 425f. Top crusts with sauce, pepperoni and cheese.
- For sauce: Combine 12 ounce Tomato Paste, 1 tsp Oregano, 1 tsp Basil, 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder, 1/2 tsp Onion Powder, 1/2 tsp Sugar, 1/2 tsp Salt, 1/4 tsp Pepper. With 1/2 cup Water; set aside for flavors to develop while making crust.
- For crusts: Combine 2 cup Flour, 2 tbsp Quick Rise Yeast, 1 tbsp Suga and 1 1/2 tsp Salt. Add 1 1/3 cup 130f Water and 1/3 cup Oil and Mix. Gradually add remaining flour slowly, until a soft, sticky dough ball is formed.
