Ingredients

- 1 cup warm water
- 2 1/2 tsp. dry yeast
- 2 tsp. honey
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1 Tbsp. gluten flour
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour

Directions
- Combine water, yeast and honey in a measuring cup.
- Add half of the flour and salt and mix. Continue adding flour until soft and stretchy. Turn out onto a floured surface and knead for a few minutes.
- Place in an oiled bowl and allow to rise until almost doubled.
