- 50 grams flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180 Celsius, and grease a cake pan.
- Beat the butter and sugar together until creamy. Add the lime zest and vanilla.
- Add the eggs, one by one, until well mixed.
- Grind the almonds and shelled pistachios in the blender. Mix into the batter along with the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Pour the batter into the pan and bake 45 minutes, or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
