Ok, I wouldn’t say it was amazing , but it was good . I’ve made this before without the lime and I actually like the lime flavour . I should add I seared the salmon first and I like it crispy ,

This dish is absolutely amazing. I cut back half of the brown sugar it calls for and added more pistachio’s and it came out like a great restaurant meal. I highly recommend this and I’ve cooked multiple salmon dishes. This one is a keeper for the cook book!

Love this recipe. I used a half teaspoon of salt and cut a bit of the sugar out, but my whole family loved it!
