- 1 chicken breast
- 1 large egg
- flour
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1/2 cup pistachios (blended)
- 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. ground pepper (fresh)
- 50 grams blue cheese
- 200 grams greek yogurt
- 3 Tbsp. mayonaise
- 4 Tbsp. cream cheese
- 1 tsp. garlic paste
- 1 spring onion (only the green part)

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Cut the chicken breast in bite size pieces no thicker than one inch each.
- Dip them in flour first, then beaten egg and finally in the pistachio coating making sure they're fully covered.
- Line them in a baking sheet and put in the oven for 5 minutes, turn them over, and bake for another 5 minutes.
- Serve with the blue cheese dip and some chopped parsley on top.
