- 4 slices bacon
- 1 lb. oyster (button, crimini or other mushrooms, thickly sliced)
- 2 tsp. fresh thyme leaves (chopped)
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- 3 cloves garlic (coarsely chopped)
- 1/2 cup chablis
- 3/4 cup parmigiano reggiano (finely grated, or similar cheese)
